1. Refund Eligibility
- ❌ All auction sales are final—refunds are only granted under specific conditions:
- ✅ Seller fails to deliver the item within the required timeframe.
- ✅ Item received is significantly different from the listing.
2. No Refunds for the Following Cases
- ❌ Buyer changes their mind after winning an auction.
- ❌ Item was accurately described, but the buyer is unsatisfied.
3. Filing a Dispute
- ✅ Buyers must report disputes within 7 days of receiving an item.
- ✅ T & J Auctions will investigate and resolve all disputes based on our marketplace policies.
- 📌 To start a refund request, email jimmy@tandjauctions.com with:
- ✅ Order number
- ✅ Reason for dispute
- ✅ Proof (photos, tracking, etc.)
4. Resolution Process
- ✅ T & J Auctions has the final authority on all dispute resolutions.
- ✅ If approved, refunds are issued within 7-10 business days.
